Aero does not work after OS crashed, the video driver perhaps?
How do I get Aero to work on my new Dell PCs: (OS computers crashed, had to delete the partition, create a new one, reformat the hard drive and install my operating system again. (which was Windows XP Media Center Edition, then use the update vista i got from Dell as part of my business when I bought it, dont u just love software OEM) * * insert sarcasm here if after all this, received messages saying that my video driver thing does not work, went to the Manager Peripheral and yes, he had something yellow beside it, then click Update Driver, ….. and he found what he (apparently) has needed .. but now Aero has disappeared from my list of theme, I really do not know (this is why im asking), but I've clearly got the wrong driver for my video card (I do not even know if thats rite) so er, what do I do CONFUUSSEDD. com cheers
Search for your model on Dell, see What type of card is installed, go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers for this card. Next double-click on the establishment and should make Update your existing card driver and make available Aero.
