Michigan Age of Consent Laws?
I have a question about some of the Michigan AOC laws. I am a 14 year old female considering become sexually active with a 18 year old female. My questions are:
1. What is legally considered “sex” under Michigan laws for 2 females? E.g., oral, fingering, etc?
2. What is the “age of consent” for lesbians in Michigan?
3. What would be the legal punishment if we did decide to have legally defined sex? I have researched and found that it is a fourth degree sexual misdemeanor if you are over the age of 13 but under the age of 16 and you have sex with someone 5 years of age or older, but she is only 4 years older than me, so I am not sure if this is applicable or not?
Please, no hate answers, I really need to know, it is very important.

actually it is illegal for any age, oral, anal “sex” is illegal in the state of michigan, and so is any “sexual acts
between two people of the same sex.
but the age of consent is 16. and if you are under 16 it will be criminal sexual conduct, but since the act is technially illegal anyways it may be different. it would be jail time and to bo on the sex offender registry for atleast 10 years or longer. you can find more at
