Is ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro card for a good price?

I'm on a tight budget to upgrade my PC, and I found the card ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro on Tiger Direct for the same $ 40. I'm only like 80 male, and I'll need about 20 or 25 of this part of memory to buy more. I'm just curious whether it is a good map.
