Problems with new tablet?
I recently got an Adesso Cybertablet 12 x 9 in. but whenever i try to draw on it the lines on whatever program are very shaky, even for quick lines. I am pretty sure this isnt my fault, ive had a lot of drawing experience and have never had shaky hands before. Ive been practicing with the tablet for a month now but nothing has changed. I have also looked at the tablet settings but there are no options for resolution and stuff. This has really been depressing me, especially watchin other peoples speedpaints (they always have such perfect lines). Even if other tablets work better i wouldnt be able to afford another. Ive tried using a piece of paper over the tablet (doesnt help) and i know my wrist isnt shaking or anything like that. I probably should practice with it even more, but lack of results has really depressed me. So what should i do?

I had this problem a while ago. For me the problem ended up being the program I was using. I had been using a wacom tablet in Photoshop CS3 and the lines always turned out shaky if I drew them when it was zoomed out too far. Then I upgraded to CS5 and the lines weren’t shaky anymore. So I’m not sure what program you’re using but that could be the issue.
