Eee PC ASUS keyboard not working?!?
My notebook Eee PC ASUS keyboard is not working. (I’m using my phone) I tried taking out battery and now only the keys: q, u, a, z, keys don’t work! What do I do?
At the back of the keyboard there are 3 small pins. One each side and one in the middle. Use a small screwdriver or paperclip to pop these in and carefully lift the keyboard a little. DONT BREAK THE CONNECTOR UNDERNEATH! carefully lift the keyboard and lift the small tab on the connector to remove the ribbon cable. Push the ribbon cable back in and clip down the tab. Put the keyboard back in the case and try it, if it doesn’t work then you need a new keyboard.
