Why does my laptop won’t respond to optical mouse, but it does responds to USB flash stick?
I have Asus F3E laptop, yesterday when I came back home, I wanted to add optical mouse, but it didn’t respond, then I tried to use usb flash stick and it worked, I tried all three USB wholes, and the mouse works on other computers but not on this one, I even tried another mouse – not a thing. What could be the problem and how to fix it?
The thing is that the mouse worked, but all of a sudden it doesn’t work.
Have you properly installed the software that came with the mouse,
if so and still not working, try going to control panel then “Printers and other Hardware” then “Mouse” then the tab “Hardware” and see if it is installed there.
