How does the sensitivity of a Laptop Mouse work?
How does it work in that when you use your finger it moves the mouse but when you try any other object like a piece of cloth or a marble it doesn’t move? I’ve just always wondered how it works..
Laptop touch pads usually use heat sensitivity to detect your finger. That’s why unheated objects won’t activate the touch pad but you can use it easily with any part of your body (fingers, wrist, knuckles, etc.) That’s also why sometimes it skips a bit when your hands are cold.
